The Magical Power Of Thought – And How To Utilize It

Most people don’t understand that every thought we think and every word we speak, is creating our future. The ancient civilizations knew that our thoughts go out into the universe, where they are accepted and brought back to us, as an experience.

Now, most people don’t get this or understand it, moreover, they think it’s absurd and ridiculous. But if you can just sit back and accept the fact that every time you think a thought or speak a word, you are creating your own reality, it’s really simple but yet not easy to accept. 

But once you accept this as fact, you can start deliberately creating the experience you want to have manifest in your reality, at this point you start to be aware of what you don’t want in your life and how you are contributing to it. 

You see most people go throughout the day on autopilot they become a slave to Monkey Mind the key is to consciously learn how to tame the Monkey, an average person has about 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day. Of those, 80% are negative and 95% are repetitive thoughts (Excerpt: From article Tendencies of the mind)

if you can train yourselves to be consciously aware of thoughts, then you will come to know that there is “nothing that you can not do be or have” 

Affirmations

Affirmations are a great way to, infuse reality with your intentions thoughts, and desires. an affirmation that works well for me is this ” I AM A LIMITLESS BEING AND I CAN MANIFEST WHATEVER I WANT IN THIS PHYSICAL WORLD” 

Affirmations can be done by either writing them down, writing them on the wall, or in the mirror. Or just saying them out loud affirming them to yourself, I prefer to stand in front of the mirror and do my affirmation whilst looking in my eyes, for me this feels the more powerful, there’s just something about looking deep into myself when I’m saying something positive. 

It Takes 21 Days To Form A Habit

The universe is listening to everything you say and everything you think, whether is good or bad, and answers you by saying “ok you can get that” so then it starts to bring the experiences into your reality. Whatever you speak and believe is what you Will Receive. if you’re saying positive powerful affirmations you will start to form a habit, therefore your statements should now feel natural to you, the universe will figure out a way to bring your thoughts and desires into your life, and things you never expected will start to happen. 

Planting The Seed

It’s like planting a seed in the ground you expect it to grow, you know there are laws and a process, the seed will grow if it’s in the right soil and it has the right amount of moisture. Making things a habit, doing them every day as often as possible in the morning, afternoon and the last thing at night, by using gratitude for all the good things in your life, will create positve outcomes.

If you’re one of those people that have very strong beliefs that you don’t deserve good things in your life (unfortunately there are many people that think this way) then there can be delays. Sometimes people say “Affirmations don’t work I’ve done them nothings happening” But what you need to remember is that every subject has two subjects “that what is wanted” “and what’s unwanted”

Fact

Before April 1954 it was believed that no one could run a mile in less than 4 minutes, people had tried to do this repeatedly for over a thousand a years and failed, it was considered impossible. The human body was simply not capable of a 4-minute mile, it was called the 4-minute barrier. then in Oxford on the 6th of May Roger Bannister came along and smashed a mile in 3 minutes 59.4 seconds.

Bannister was not a pro athlete, he attained this record with minimal training while practicing as a Junior Doctor. As part of his training, he relentlessly visualized the achievement to create a sense of certainty in his mind and body. He thought and pondered on his success daily, now here’s what’s significant about that event: from then on the 4-minute barrier has since been broken by over 1.400 athletes 🏃 including high school students. 

The record set by Bannister only lasted 46 days before being broken by John Landy 🏃 in Finland. 

So Now I Pose The Question? What Is It That Changed: “The Impossible Became Possible” 

When he crashed through the barrier the rest of the world saw that it was possible, proving that the previous myth was only a mental barrier. It was the mind that set the limitation, and not the body. 

It was Bannister’s clear intention focus and belief, that made it possible. With repetition and visualization he reprogramed his subconscious mind pushing his body to create the effect of his Manifestation, he created that certainty in his mind.

Mind Power is one of the most influential powers you possess, this power consists of the thoughts that pass through your mind. which are responsible for everything that happens in your life. Your predominant thoughts influence your attitude and behaviors this also controls your actions.

Science calls this the Reticular Articulating System, whilst other people call it the Law of Attraction, which uses the power of the mind to translate our thoughts and desires into MANIFESTATIONS.
